I always thought that I could write a good movie review. It's not that I know that much more about watching film and TV than anyone else (although I am rather practiced at it sadly enough) I just love to critique films and it's something I can go on and on about so why not write about it?
There are dozens of film blogs and movie reviewers out there. Professionally, film reviewers (IMHO) are elitist snobs in most cases or clearly in the pocket of whatever production company has convinced them to "review" their film. I'll admit I can get sucked into Hype as easily as anyone but I also leave the theaters at times wondering why I spent my hard earned nickel on something that showed you all the best scenes in the trailer.
So here will be my film reviews. I don't care to pull punches and I will likely swear and cuss out some of the tripe I'll be reviewing. All I want to do is cut the cellulose away from the celluloid...
